Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and dedicated psychiatric nurse practitioner with a profound commitment to helping individuals of all ages navigate the complexities of mental health. With a warm and empathetic approach, I have devoted my career to providing support and guidance to children, teens, young adults, and adults grappling with anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, attention deficit, bipolar and borderline behaviors. My focus is on medication management with supportive therapy.

My approach to therapy

I have a warm, welcoming approach and meet people where they are in life. I believe in the inherent potential of every individual to become their highest and best version of themselves. By fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment, I empower my patients to explore their emotions, confront their challenges, and embrace their strengths. I'm sensitive to the unique concerns of each person and do my best to ensure a personalized and effective therapeutic experience.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to walking alongside my patients on their journey towards healing and self-discovery. I'm dedicated to my patients' well-being and try to connect on a deep, human level. Patients can expect to have an understanding of their medical concerns. Thank you for prioritizing your health and I look forward to working with you on your journey.
