Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor who specializes in normalizing the need for mental health treatment by providing a safe place to explore issues that have impacted one's ability to live life, authentically. With over 5 years of experience working in various mental health settings, I have witnessed the importance of treating the client and not the diagnosis by utilizing an eclectic approach tailored to the client's needs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a provider, my goal is to assist clients in exploring issues that negatively impact their ability to live life, fully. My approach to therapy is direct and empowering. I am a firm believer that client success is directly related to their willingness to explore "the tough stuff" in a safe and nonjudgmental environment.

What you can expect from our first session

The goal of therapy is to increase a client's confidence in handling life's challenges by gaining insight and understanding into our thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and improve out ability to cope with life stress and heal past trauma.
