Great to meet you!

I have worked with children and families in child welfare and beyond for 10 years.

I have lived all over Arizona and am proud to call Arizona home. I completed my BS in Psychology through the University of Phoenix and my Master's in Professional Counseling through Grand Canyon University.

I have been married for 20 years, have two adult children, and have been a stepmother for 20 years.

My approach to therapy

I incorporate a variety of evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and grounding techniques, into my therapeutic sessions. My counseling style is characterized by an open-minded, non-judgmental approach, fostering a collaborative environment focused on helping clients achieve their therapy goals.
