Great to meet you!

Tired of feeling stuck in mental loops and stress cycles? You may feel like too much of this or not enough that, and your mind runs scenarios all the time trying to make life work better. Plus, what once worked is failing you, the problems keep piling up. I get it, I have been there. The good news is rewiring yourself is less about what you think is going wrong, and more about working with yourself differently. Bad news? This effort generally requires experienced support, and working with the right therapist is important. I enjoy providing affirming care for over-thinking, deeply feeling, and often misunderstood adults with difficult relationship experiences.

My approach to therapy

My practice is centered around serving marginalised and othered persons, so if you have ever felt like an outsider, we might be a good fit. Willingness to be real in session and put in work between sessions us an asset. No time like the present to sort it out, message me with any questions. I specialize working with LGTBQIA+ concerns, relationship issues of most types (monogamous to poly, CNM affirming), mood disorders, and the challenges of being a 'Gifted' Adult (2e, neurodivergent, GT).

What you can expect from me

In each session, we explore the content you bring, while I stay tuned into your mental processes. This focus is what helps us select which tools might spark a change for you. You bring your authentic self, I will bring tools to enhance self-knowledge, improve emotion regulation, and boost your attachment security. And as we explore what helps, and what doesn't, our growth-focused collaboration can help you create a more authentic and functional life, even in a chaotic world.
