Anxiety, LGBTQIA+, and Relationship Issues

Great to meet you!

Hello! Tired of feeling unsupported and stuck? I am a process-oriented systems therapist and I specialize in affirming care for LGTBQIA+ concerns, relationship issues (monogamous to polyamory spectrum), personality and mood disorders, and the challenges of being a 'Gifted' Adult (2e, neurodivergent, GT programmed).

A bit about my approach to therapy

My focus is on creating a collaborative space to be yourself in and sort through the concerns you have. Your personal experiences paired with my training help us organize and work towards your wellness goals. If we find an urgent need for short-term solutions to pressing issues, CBT processes and neuroscience tools can help. If you seek a deeper recovery around more chronic issues, we will target subconscious processes using depth-oriented approaches. All grounded in systems theory.

What you can expect from our first session

In each session, I refer to our treatment plan and listen empathetically to the content you bring, but I am expertly tuned into your immediate processes. This is what helps us select which tools might spark a change for you. If you resonate with a particular idea, I will provide supporting materials for you to use between session. And as we explore what helps, and what doesn't, our growth-focused collaboration can help you create a more authentic and functional life, even in a chaotic world.
