Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and patient advocate who aims to build a strong therapeutic provider-client trusting relationship.

I specialize in depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, and narcissistic abuse. I assess, diagnose, and formulate treatment plans with or without the use of medication if possible.

With client commitment and willingness, I aim to truly make a difference in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I utilize psychotherapy and a holistic approach when assessing my clients. I am open-minded minded, nonjudgmental.

As a provider, I strive to provide healing, balance, empowerment, and restore hope.

As a teammate, I work with clients to uncover the underlying issues responsible for their mental health distress and develop appropriate treatment plans for improvement.

What you can expect from me

I teach coping skills to help patients practice stress management.

I am 100% committed to helping find solutions that award a happier and more peaceful way of thinking, behaving, feeling, and living.

Clients who truly want change will get their expected results.
