Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working in the behavioral health field for 20 years, helping individuals navigate early recovery while addressing mental health concerns.

My goal is to provide a judgment free space to speak honestly about concerns and be an ally to anyone who is working to be a healthier individual.

My approach to therapy

Graduated from Argosy University in 2004 with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I utilize a combination of psych-education, strengths based and psychodynamic approaches with the belief that people can change if they are aware of how their past influences their current to make for a better future. I am currently working towards certification in Trauma-Focused Behavioral Therapy and have training in EMDR.

What you can expect from me

Learning how to be your authentic self, setting boundaries and loving yourself.
