I pride myself on being personable, down-to-Earth and non-judgmental. I have worked with people facing all sorts of issues. I will do my best to make you feel comfortable in placing your trust and confidence in me.I will collaborate with you and set goals to work at your pace.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I generally work with children at least 12 years old, teens, parents, adults, couples, families, elderly and veterans. I am a Certified Trauma Professional and an Anger Management Specialist. I have worked extensively with couples and pursued specialized training in that area. I offer premarital counseling that meets the county requirements. I also welcome transitioning and gender affirming clients.
