Great to meet you!

I take great pride in meeting my clients where they are, while helping them get to where they are trying to go. I am a strong listener and I take time to pay attention to the things my clients struggle to verbalize.

My approach to therapy

I tailor my approaches to my clients' individualized needs. Sometimes I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Other times, talk therapy or perhaps a trauma focused modality may be more effective. It just needs on what would work best for my clients and what would help them meet their therapuetic goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session with my focuses on getting to know each other a bit, in a very warm, non-evasive, safe environment. We discuss what's brining them into treatment, desired goals, and next steps. I also encourage my client to ask me questions so they can be more comfortable with the therapeutic process, as well as with me as their therapist.
