I strive to provide a collaborative and supportive environment to help clients successfully address personal life changes and overall mental fitness.

What you can expect from me

The first 3-4 Sessions are personalized to meet your unique treatment needs and goals. I will spend 60 minutes in the initial session to learn about your reasons for seeking service, obtain historical information and begin the process of exploring possible treatment goals.
