Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 17 years of experience supporting individuals and families across the lifespan, from the perinatal period through older adulthood. My professional background includes private practice, school counseling, and serving as an Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant. All of these experiences deepened my understanding of how early life experiences shape long-term mental health and well-being. I believe healing and resilience are strengthened through meaningful connections—whether through family, community, or chosen support systems.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, empathetic, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate challenges while building on their strengths.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable, heard, and supported. Clients can expect a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where they are treated with empathy, respect, and consistency. During the first session, we will discuss what brings you to counseling, explore your goals, review the counseling process, and discuss next steps.
