There is a history to everyone's story. There is also a future attached to each person's origin. As a therapist, I am willing to help process these life moments, no matter how challenging, difficult, confusing, amazing or fear-inducing they may be. I am eager to provide service to people that may feel lost in their life journey and desire to find themselves. The purpose of my therapeutic work is to help people have a more abundant life and to be truly fulfilled.

I am experienced in disciplines that allow for healing, training, restoration, relational enrichment and conflict resolution. I use a holistic approach to care, integrating faith and spirituality. My overall goal in my work is to create a safe environment and to facilitate learning, growth and renewal to help you find the joy and wholeness you deserve.

My client-centered and collaborative approach keeps me focused on your therapeutic goals and needs. My areas of specialty include couples and relationship therapy, spirituality/faith/cultural issues, men's issues, military service members/veterans, and first responders.

I hope to join the client with a clear and present process of therapy which includes an introduction as a therapist and intake process with my client, leading to sharing focuses and goals of therapy together.
