Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping individuals improve their mental health and overall well-being. I completed my training at Walden University and have experience treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and substance use disorders. My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where we can work together toward your goals. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey to better mental health.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and person-centered approach to care, meaning we work together to find what works best for you. I focus on listening closely, understanding your experiences, and creating a treatment plan that fits your goals and lifestyle. My style is supportive, practical, and nonjudgmental, with an emphasis on building trust and open communication. I have a strong interest in treating mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, and substance use, using both medication management and holistic strategies. My goal is to help you feel heard, empowered, and supported every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment during their first session. We will spend time getting to know your concerns, history, and goals so I can understand how best to support you. I will ask questions, listen closely, and begin outlining a personalized treatment plan that may include medication, therapy recommendations, or both. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, informed, and comfortable with the next steps.
