Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! I support adults navigating identity, grief and bereavement, and life transitions, with a particular focus on Asian and LGBTQ+ experiences. As a social worker with a background in public health and health sciences, I believe your environment, relationships, culture, and lived experiences can all shape your well-being. I take time to understand the whole you and keep your goals in mind as we work toward the future you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in your strengths. I draw from solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you identify what matters most, build on what is already working, and take steps forward. We will move at a pace that feels supportive and right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll get to know what brings you to therapy, listen to your story, and learn what you hope to gain from our work together. We can begin creating a plan that reflects your needs, values, and goals. When you’re ready, I invite you to reach out so we can take the first step together.
