Great to meet you!

I believe that healing begins when people are given the space to tell their story in their own voice. My role is to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward the life you desire. I view therapy as a collaborative and empowering process, not something that is done to you, but something we build together.

I am known for creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and affirming space where clients can be fully seen and heard. I bring warmth, honesty, and intentionality into each session, while also providing practical tools to help you navigate challenges outside of therapy. My clients often appreciate my ability to balance compassion with gentle accountability, helping them move from feeling stuck to feeling more grounded, clear, and in control of their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I primarily use Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, which means I help clients explore how their experiences have shaped their story while also identifying their strengths, resilience, and capacity for change.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity-related concerns. I am particularly passionate about supporting high-achieving individuals, women, and those from marginalized communities who may carry invisible emotional burdens while appearing strong on the outside.

I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs. Some sessions may focus on processing emotions and past experiences, while others may focus on developing coping skills, setting boundaries, improving self-worth, and creating meaningful change in the present.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space for you to share your story at your own pace. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. We will also begin identifying your goals and what feeling better looks like for you.

Most importantly, you can expect a space where you are respected, supported, and empowered. Therapy is your time, and my goal is to help you feel safe, confident, and equipped as you move forward.
