Anxiety and Trauma

Great to meet you!

Allow me to help you sort through difficulties and remind you of God’s love. I know it can be difficult to remember positive things about life when we are suffering emotionally. Despair, anxiety and life circumstances can stop all of us from living our best life in peace.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is to help you see there is hope, despite our struggles. I have particular experience with anxiety-related difficulties (social anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, fear, panic attacks, and trauma related issues). I also enjoy helping people who have learning challenges or struggle with attention and productivity.

What you can expect from our first session

Looking for someone to help is an important step in feeling better! Do not hesitate to let me what I can do. I believe there are many tools available for you to use in order to manage your mental health. As you learn about them and remember that God cares for you, problems can feel more bearable and you can live with hope and joy.
