Great to meet you!

You may be feeling overwhelmed by depression, anxiety, grief, or major life transitions that feel hard to carry alone. You might also be navigating complex systems like probation or parole, or facing challenges related to military service, identity, or family stress. My goal is to help you find steadiness, understanding, and practical ways forward—no matter where you’re starting from.

My approach to therapy

I am a Licensed Mental Health Provider with over 25 years of experience supporting children, adults, and military populations. As a U.S. Air Force veteran and former military mental health provider, I bring a deep understanding of service-related stress and transitions. I work collaboratively to create a respectful, trusting space where we focus on real-life strategies for change.

What you can expect from me

I’m currently accepting new clients. Together, we will focus on building coping tools, improving daily functioning, and creating a more balanced and productive way of living. If you’re ready to start making changes, I invite you to reach out and begin the process.
