Great to meet you!

I am a bicultural, bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with immigrants, adolescents, single mothers, asylum seekers, and individuals navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, and questions of identity and belonging. I am especially drawn to working with people who may feel caught between different worlds or are trying to find a greater sense of connection—with themselves, their relationships, or their communities.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy can be a space to slow down, feel understood, and become curious about the patterns that shape our lives and relationships. My work is grounded in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic approaches, which pay attention to both what we know about ourselves and what may be less conscious or harder to put into words. Together, we can explore the experiences, desires, and relationships that bring you to therapy and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and what you want from your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin exploring what has led you to seek therapy. We will talk about the concerns bringing you in, your personal history, and what you hope might become possible through our work together.
