Great to meet you!

I know reaching out isn't easy, so my goal is to make therapy a place where you can simply show up as yourself. While my practice is deeply rooted in trauma, grief, and substance use recovery, I'm truly honored to walk with you through any mental health challenge. Drawing from my life as a military spouse and clinical work with active-duty members, I offer a grounded, empathetic perspective for those navigating high-stress lifestyles and transitions. As a collaborative partner in your healing, I strive to ensure you feel heard, valued, and supported, working at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I bring extensive training and specialized experience, offering tailored therapeutic strategies to help individuals, couples, and families walk through the complicated seasons of life. I know that when you are struggling, those heavy situations rarely stay in a box and often spill over into other areas, whether it’s straining your closest relationships, creating overwhelming stress at work or school, or causing you to deeply question and wrestle with your religious or spiritual beliefs. Please know that whatever you are carrying, you don't have to face it alone. Together, we will gently unpack what’s going on in a safe, collaborative space, working hand-in-hand toward the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual stability you deserve.

What you can expect from me

When it comes to how we’ll work together, I take a person-centered approach. What that really means is you are the expert on your own life. I’m not here to lecture you or tell you what to do; instead, we’ll collaborate as a team. I meet you exactly where you are with complete empathy, respect, and zero judgment, tailoring our time to whatever feels most helpful to you.
