My approach to therapy

I acknowledge that seeking out help is not an easy step to take! I value the therapeutic relationship and am intentional about building rapport with my clients. My therapeutic approach is dependent on the needs and goals of my clients. I use a range of modalities including, but not limited to, CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR, Attachment Theory, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and counseling from a Christian perspective.

What you can expect from me

My primary focus is to help clients identify and regulate their emotions, overcome their fears, identify their strengths, and develop self-confidence and resiliency in hopes of helping them navigate this big world successfully. My ultimate goal is to provide you with a space of hope and healing while allowing you to move from surviving to THRIVING!
