Great to meet you!

I welcome adults and children who would like to feel the thrill of overcoming challenges and discover happiness is not potential, but reality. I graduated from Hunter School of Social Work. I have over 15 years of experience helping patients recognize how symptoms manifest, to foster control over anxiety and depression plaguing him/her. We utilize treatments including psychodynamic, emotionally focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy to determine impact of childhood experiences.

My approach to therapy

My unique tools stimulate ability to verbalize personal experiences and learn ways to reinvent dynamic with others. Patients report emotional relief, increased support network, decreased reliance on medication, improved overall physical health and self-pride. Family members are welcome to enhance interpersonal skills and home dynamic. Treatment with children incorporates families and schools to better implement appropriate changes in the child's dynamic.

What you can expect from me

I authored Relationships Made Possible, a workbook that compiles exercises and quick references to reinforce progress between sessions and at culmination of treatment to ensure satisfaction.
