Great to meet you!

Whether your mind feels like a tangled forest or your nervous system’s stuck in what appears to be a tornado, I’m here to help you slow down, get curious and grounded, and reconnect with what matters.

With experience as a horseback riding instructor and outdoor youth programs coordinator, I strive to integrate the elements of nature into my sessions. Each session is unique and organic, similar to an unexpected wildflower. Let's grow together!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel more like a real conversation than a formal job interview (and definitely less awkward than middle school). My approach is a mix of genuine connection, somatic and cognitive behavioral therapy, and a little humor—because let’s be honest, sometimes being able to laugh through the hard stuff makes it a little easier to carry.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy with me is a safe, open and supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are—messy thoughts, big feelings, and all. If you’re looking for a counselor who will listen, challenge unhelpful patterns, and remind you that you’re doing better than you think... we might be a good fit!
