Great to meet you!

I work with people who feel stuck and are ready for change. Whether you’re facing stress, relationship issues, past hurts, or life transitions, I’m here to help you navigate what feels overwhelming. I’ve provided counseling to adults, youth, and couples in both community mental health and private practice. I’m licensed in Georgia and Florida and bring over 20 years of experience to our work together.

My approach to therapy

In sessions, we’ll collaborate to build practical skills and new ways of coping so you can feel more confident and empowered. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can share openly. My approach is integrated and tailored to you, drawing from CBT, mindfulness, trauma‐focused, solution‐focused, narrative, acceptance and commitment, and family systems therapies. I currently offer online Telehealth appointments only.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk through your history, current symptoms, family background, and what you’d like to be different in your life. Together, we’ll set clear, realistic goals so you know what we’re working toward and how therapy can support you.
