Great to meet you!

Lea Kinzer is a licensed professional counselor with experience working with children and adults in community mental health, private practice, and intensive in-home settings. As a former teacher, her primary passions involve working with young children (ages 3 and above) and their parents. She also enjoys walking alongside young adults/college students, especially individuals with trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. She provides a warm and open environment and often employs an attachment-based, somatic, IFS, or parts work approach, along with a body-based lens, in therapy. With young children, she integrates therapy through play and art in her sessions.

My approach to therapy

Lea utilizes an integrated approach to therapy, including attachment-based, somatically aware, mindfulness, CBT, and exposure therapies where appropriate.
