Great to meet you!
I believe therapy should be a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and supported exactly as you are. As a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Spanish, I strive to provide care that is inclusive, culturally sensitive, and grounded in compassion. I am a Licensed and Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor in Massachusetts and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, with advanced training in addiction counseling and trauma-informed care. Over the past 10 years, I have supported children, adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating mental health concerns, substance use challenges, trauma, life transitions, stress, identity, and relationship difficulties. My work is rooted in helping clients feel empowered, understood, and less alone. I have had the privilege of working with individuals from many different backgrounds, including immigrants, minority communities, single parents, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and multicultural families. I understand that every person’s story is unique, and I approach each client with warmth, curiosity, and respect. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to make a meaningful change, I am here to walk alongside you. Together, we can create a supportive space where healing, growth, and self-discovery feel possible.
