Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed mental health counselor who believes that most people already have much of what they need to feel more grounded, fulfilled, and connected — sometimes, it just takes the right space and support to uncover it. Therapy can be that space: a place to pause, reflect, and grow with intention.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in positive psychology and strengths-based work, which means we’ll look at what’s already working in your life to address what's challenging you. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not quite like yourself, we’ll work together to create real, sustainable change — at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

I work with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, and burnout. In our sessions, you can expect curiosity, collaboration, and a non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcome. Some clients appreciate optional “projects” or reflections between sessions to help keep the work moving outside of our time together — it's apart of the personalized experience.

If you're looking for a therapist who brings both structure and flexibility — and who sees the whole person, not just the problem — I’d be glad to connect.
