Great to meet you!

A Licensed Psychologist with more than twenty years of expertise working with children, adolescents, and adults, I provide evidence-based treatment as well as psychological and psychoeducational assessments for a variety of issues. I employ treatment approaches that have been shown to work; that is, approaches that are evidence-based and consider adjustment within a larger social system.

My approach to therapy

My counseling orientation is cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) framed within an ecological framework that considers one’s background, including personal biology, interpersonal relations, culture and community, and environments, as critical influences on development and psychosocial adjustment. This approach views all individuals holistically within and across multiple contexts in light of multiple influences.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about working collaboratively with clients and families, to help them achieve their goals, and maximize their overall quality of life.
