Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, understood, and connected to their own inner wisdom.

In addition to private practice, I have extensive experience in community mental health leadership, clinical supervision, and supporting high-acuity youth and families. These experiences have deepened my commitment to trauma-informed, relational, and strengths-based care.

My approach to therapy

My work integrates brain-based, somatic, and relational approaches to support both emotional insight and nervous system regulation.

I draw from:

• Brainspotting • Somatic Therapy • Systems Therapy • Solution-Focused Therapy • Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

Together we explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, process unresolved experiences, and build practical tools that support meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions with greater emotional clarity, increased nervous system awareness, deeper understanding of relationship patterns, and practical tools for navigating stress, transitions, and difficult emotions.

Therapy is not about becoming someone different—it is about becoming more fully yourself.
