Great to meet you!

I believe mental health care should feel like a partnership built on trust, compassion, and respect. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard without judgment and supported through every stage of your healing journey.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 14 years of nursing experience across behavioral health, acute care, critical care, and outpatient settings. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Walden University and provide evidence-based psychiatric care grounded in both clinical expertise and genuine human connection.

I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related conditions, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, stress, burnout, sleep concerns, and other mental health challenges. My approach combines comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, thoughtful medication management, and supportive therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual's goals and circumstances.

As an immigrant and healthcare professional, I value culturally responsive care and recognize that our life experiences, relationships, and environments all influence mental well-being. I believe healing begins with feeling understood, and I strive to help every client build clarity, resilience, and lasting emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best mental health care begins with listening. Every person's story is different, so I take time to understand your experiences, concerns, strengths, and goals before developing a treatment plan together.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence based. I combine comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management when appropriate, and supportive therapeutic techniques to help you better understand your mental health and make meaningful progress. I view medication as one tool among many and believe treatment should be individualized to your needs, values, and lifestyle.

I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can speak openly without fear of judgment. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood changes, or life transitions, my goal is to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and feel empowered to take an active role in your healing.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll spend time discussing what brought you to care, your current concerns, your personal and medical history, and any previous mental health treatment you've received. I'll also ask about your goals so I can better understand how to support you.

Together, we'll complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, discuss any diagnoses that may be appropriate, and explore treatment options. If medication is recommended, I'll explain the benefits, potential risks, and answer any questions you may have before we make a decision together.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clear plan for the next steps. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and confident that your care is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
