Great to meet you!

Welcome! Let me tell you a little about me. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who helps adults move through anxiety, depression, and complicated family dynamics with more clarity, confidence, and calm. I know life doesn't come with a manual, and sometimes it helps to have someone walk alongside you while you figure things out. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by your relationships, navigating a life transition, or simply feeling lost, you don't have to go it alone. I'd be honored to support you.

My approach to therapy

I like to approach therapy with warmth, honesty, and a healthy dose of practicality. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard and understood - not judged or "fixed." Together, we will work to uncover patterns, identify what is keeping you stuck, and find tools that fit your life.

What you can expect from me

My work is grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I like to bring authenticity and doses of humor to session - because healing doesn't have to be stiff and impersonal.
