Great to meet you!

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with you to understand your goals and establish a cohesive therapeutic relationship. I bring compassion, flexibility, connection, and creativity to each session facilitating growth and freedom of expression. I believe each and every human being is valuable and has the innate capacity to heal themselves, their families, and their communities. My place in this process is to facilitate wellness, help foster resilience, and provide a safe space for healing.
