Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Leah! I've been a therapist for over 10 years and specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma and unhealed attachment wounds. I can help you navigate and/or leave unhealthy or abusive relationships, date from a place of empowerment, build up your self-esteem and self-worth and live a life that is authentic and a reflection of who you are and what you want and deserve.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In my practice, I focus on creating a warm, supportive, and sometimes even lighthearted space where you feel safe to be yourself. My goal is to make each session feel like a step toward real healing, with plenty of humor and heart along the way. As a certified EMDR therapist, I use this powerful tool to help you process and reframe past trauma. Through EMDR we will help you to break free from the past and step into a more empowered version of you.

What you can expect from our first session

Through our work together I can help you to cultivate more self-awareness and unlearn unhelpful behaviors, build up your self-esteem and self-worth, set and reinforce healthy boundaries, and heal from past experiences and trauma that continue to keep you stuck.
