Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) specializing in trauma-informed therapy for adults. I hold a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology from Liberty University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am also certified in EMDR and Acudetox.

I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, major life transitions, and patterns that may leave them feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood while working toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and individualized to each client. I believe therapy should go beyond simply managing symptoms and help you understand the experiences and patterns contributing to how you feel today.

I integrate EMDR, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches depending on your needs and goals. I balance compassion and validation with gentle challenge, helping you build insight, strengthen coping skills, process difficult experiences, and create healthier patterns in your life and relationships.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your current concerns, relevant history, strengths, and what you would like to change or work toward.

You do not need to share everything at once. I prioritize creating a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where we can move at a pace that feels appropriate for you. Together, we will begin identifying your goals and developing a treatment approach tailored to your individual needs.
