Great to meet you!

Hello there! My approach to therapy is one of person-centered care and collaboration to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to be able to freely express your thoughts and feelings. My goal is to build a trusting therapeutic relationship in which you feel heard, seen, and accepted. Utilizing a strengths-based and solution-focused framework, I will collaborate with you to identify goals, develop skills, and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and beliefs.

My approach to therapy

I have experience working with adults, teens, and children in mental health clinics, intensive outpatient services, and in home treatment settings. I believe that everyone has great potential and the ability to improve parts of their lives that aren't working for them. I would be honored to be a part of your journey.

What you can expect from me

I like to help my clients develop greater self awareness and confidence through holistically exploring your past, learning to be fully grounded in the present and working towards a future that makes you feel joy. Change is difficult but possible- and I look forward to working together to make it happen.
