Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm so glad you're here.

Have you been feeling stuck in anxiety, overwhelmed by constant stress, weighed down by depression, or struggling with your relationship with food, your body, or past experiences? Maybe life or relationships just feel harder than they should. Whatever brings you here, you don't have to walk in it alone.

I work with individuals across the lifespan, with a special passion for adolescents and young adults. I believe many of the answers we need are already within us, though they can become hard to access when life feels overwhelming. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build practical coping tools, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may feel out of reach right now.

Whether you're ready to begin therapy or simply exploring your options, I'd be glad to connect and see if we're a good fit.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and down-to-earth. While we do work with difficult emotions and memories, I also believe healing includes laughter, lightness, and genuine human connection. I draw from talk therapy, somatic approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and other evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's needs.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another. We'll spend time exploring what brought you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and any questions or concerns you may have. You're welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable—we'll go at your pace.

Together, we'll begin identifying your goals and collaborate on an approach that feels supportive and tailored to your unique needs.
