Great to meet you!

The individuals I work with are typically managing health and medical concerns, such as disordered eating/body image, cancer and/or autoimmune diseases. I also appreciate helping people adapt to loss, or manage major life transitions and/or relationship concerns. I received my bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan, and my PhD in clinical psychology from the University of South Florida.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My clinical approach utilizes evidence-based approaches, which means that I prefer to use therapeutic techniques supported by evidence. As everyone is unique, I believe in tailoring my approach to meet the specific needs of each person.
