I also appreciate helping people adapt to loss, or manage major life transitions and/or relationship concerns. I received my bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan, and my PhD in clinical psychology from the University of South Florida.

My clinical approach utilizes evidence-based approaches, which means that I prefer to use therapeutic techniques supported by evidence. As everyone is unique, I believe in tailoring my approach to meet the specific needs of each person.
