Great to meet you!

Leah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who brings an affirming and collaborative approach to her work. She blends clinical skill with holistic, mind-body approaches such as mindfulness, somatic awareness, nervous system balancing to support meaningful growth. She specializes in working with high-functioning adults who overthink, overanalyze, and feel stuck in their current circumstances. I also work with individuals who are experiencing life transitions, need help with emotion regulation, want to learn how to manage burnout and stress, or want to overcome nervous system survival strategies. Leah has over eight years of experience supporting people in many different environments in hospital settings, community clinics, and private practice. These diverse experiences have shaped her belief that healing is not one-size-fits-all, and having a consistent, supportive therapist can lead to real progress.

My approach to therapy

Leah combines clinical insight with embodiment methods and holistic therapy to offer a "bottom-up" type approach while providing a space that is grounded, compassionate, and entirely focused on you and your unique strengths. Her mission is to make everyone feel comfortable in the space where they do their hardest and most vulnerable work. Leah believes a collaborative partnership is the best tool for helping you achieve what works best for your needs. We all want different things, and it's important to have a therapist who doesn't try to force misaligned solutions.

What you can expect from me

Leah understands how challenging it can be to feel stuck and overwhelmed, and offers a compassionate, affirming, collaborative, and supportive space for her clients. During your first session, Leah will listen carefully to what matters most to you and work with you to find customized, realistic ways to start making sustainable and positive changes.
