Great to meet you!

I’m a dedicated mental health professional with a Master’s degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Drexel University. Since entering the field in 2018, I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping clients navigate emotional challenges, build self-awareness, and develop healthier coping strategies. My approach combines traditional counseling techniques with the creative and expressive benefits of art therapy, offering clients a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space to process emotions, reduce stress, and work toward personal growth. I have experience supporting clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotional regulation, self-esteem, trauma-related experiences, and stress management, and I believe therapy should be personalized to each individual’s unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered, focusing on creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves openly. I integrate art therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered techniques to help clients explore emotions, identify unhelpful thought patterns, build coping skills, and strengthen self-awareness. I believe each client’s experience is unique, so I tailor treatment to meet individual needs and goals while encouraging personal growth, emotional healing, and empowerment throughout the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered, focusing on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves openly. I focus on building strong rapport by exploring what brings each client to therapy while working to restore hope, increase motivation, and encourage meaningful engagement in the therapeutic process. I believe each client’s experience is unique, so I tailor treatment to meet individual needs and goals while supporting emotional healing, personal growth, and empowerment throughout their journey.
