I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master's degree in art therapy from Albertus Magnus College and Over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults. My approach is warm, direct and solution focused, Blending Art therapy with talk therapy to help clients express themselves, gain insight, and build practical coping skills

My approach to therapy

I have extensive experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, and Anxiety. I enjoy helping young people strengthen emotional regulation in addition to building communication skills and confidence. I also work with adults navigating anxiety, depressed mood, life transitions, and everyday stressors Art therapy is offered but not a must. Art intervention is always available to those who may want to explore Art therapy but is not a requirement.
