Great to meet you!

I'm an EMDR Certified therapist who specializes in helping individuals heal from trauma, navigate grief, manage the unique challenges of caregiving, and overcome anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs, creating a safe space where you can process difficult experiences, build resilience, and move toward lasting healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens in a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Using EMDR and other evidence-based approaches, I help clients process trauma, cope with grief, navigate the challenges of caregiving, and manage anxiety and depression. Together, we will build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and learn about the challenges and strengths that have shaped your experience. We will discuss your goals, answer any questions you may have, and begin creating a plan that feels right for you. I strive to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer understanding of how we can work together toward your goals.
