Great to meet you!

Jung said “We don’t get wounded alone and we don’t heal alone.” Meaning everything that is hurt within a relationship must be healed within one. As a therapist, I believe in deep relational work, whether that is in an individual setting or with a parent-child dyad/triad. I am not about “quick fixes” and believe that the best results come with time and curiosity.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with both adults as well as caretakers of children alongside their child. I worked a significant portion of my career in a state setting, which has informed my approach as being anti-behavioral, conscious of the impact of systems, and recognizing the importance of our upbringing in our future wellness.

What you can expect from our first session

If you feel you are ready to begin the oftentimes challenging work of looking more deeply at your wounds, or your family’s wounds, please feel free to reach out. I offer a free 15 minute consultation and would love to answer any questions you may have for me!
