Great to meet you!

My journey into therapy began with curiosity about human resilience and the desire to help others find strength through life's hardest challenges. I'm continually driven by the belief that everyone has the potential for positive growth and change. Seeing my clients gain confidence or find peace makes my work incredibly rewarding.

I use DBT and CBT to help you identify and reshape unhealthy thought patterns. This approach is hands-on and gives you tools to feel in control of your emotions and behaviors. I adapt my approach to include mindfulness, grounding techniques, and breathing exercises. Your goals and progress are my primary focus.

I work with individuals who genuinely want to understand themselves better and make positive changes. If you are facing challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions, I want to support you in creating a nurturing space for healing. My approach is flexible and personalized.

I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences. If you are working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient to help you work through your difficulties.

My approach to therapy

I use DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing and Acceptance and commitment Therapy to help you identify and reshape unhealthy thought patterns. This approach is hands-on and gives you tools to feel in control of your emotions and behaviors. I adapt my approach to include mindfulness, grounding techniques, and breathing exercises. Your goals and progress are my primary focus.

I believe that therapy is a partnership. Together, we'll identify and set goals that matter to you, whether they focus on improving relationships, building self-esteem, or another personal objective. As we work together, new goals may evolve as you gain new insights. I'm here to provide you with the support and tools you need.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be our opportunity to get to know one another. We will discuss some of your background history and what brings you to therapy. It is entirely normal to feel a bit apprehensive. We will take it one step at a time, and I am here to guide you through each step without judgment.
