Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist, with more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I completed my doctorate in clinical psychology in 2017 and have spent the better part of a decade studying and treating individuals with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

My approach to therapy

Though, I specialize in the treatment of PTSD, I am also available to help individuals cope with depression, anxiety, self-esteem and relationships issues, and increase motivation for change. My approach to treatment focuses on evidence-based techniques, set against a backdrop of warmth, humor, and non-judgmentalness in the therapeutic relationship.

What you can expect from me

I work collaboratively with each client to identify personal treatment goals and tailor evidence based interventions to meet each individual's need. I believe the resilience and strength to overcome lies within each of us, and, I, therefore, use a strengths-based approach to care. It is my true honor to help each individual build a brighter future.
