I'm Leah Denman I am the owner and founder of Level Up Therapy. I wanted to help people improve their mental health while engaging in something they enjoy. I took my knowledge of mental health and passion for gaming and merged them together. I am a fully Licensed Professional Counselor with a master's in clinical mental health counseling. I have several years of experience helping clients improve their mental health.
As a Counselor, I have experience working with individuals who deal with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship stress, and other mood disorders. My counseling style can be described as Cognitive Behavioral with an emphasis on being authentic in the counseling relationship. I try to make counseling a safe place for everyone and enjoy helping people grow.
