Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Adelphi University’s Derner Institute for Advanced Psychological Studies and my Master of Social Work degree at Adelphi University’s School of Social Work.

I specialize in treating trauma and stress related disorders (i.e., acute stress disorder, PTSD, adjustment disorders), anxiety, and depressive disorders.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is tailored to your unique treatment needs and goals. I specialize in Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) used for the treatment of PTSD, as well as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy for depression (ACT-D). For those whose needs are not met by the above treatments, my supportive therapy approach blends evidence-based skill building and traditional talk therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to create an environment where you can feel safe to be who you are and discuss vulnerable topics. My goal is for you to walk away from each session with evidence-based skills or insights that help you move forward in your life.
