Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Counseling. I'm a Navy veteran and a wife and mother. I work with adult couples and older adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and communication struggles.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use CBT, DBT, and Schema therapeutic methods to help clients better understand themselves, break unhelpful patterns, and build healthier relationships. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable being honest, challenged when it matters, and maybe even laugh once in a while.

What you can expect from me

We'll explore what's brought you to therapy, identify goals, and start making sense of the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My job is to help guide the conversation so you leave with a better understanding of yourself and a roadmap for moving forward.
