Great to meet you!

Leah has over a decade of experience as a licensed counselor working with adults and teenagers. She is open to working with all genders and diverse populations. Leah's goal is to align with clients, meeting them where they are, to create solutions to present day concerns while exploring the past events and experiences that may have landed them there.

My approach to therapy

Leah's approach is solution-based aiming to assist in resolution of surface concerns while digging for details about how the past and current lifestyle may affect clients. She is an advocate for open communication and is adamant that nothing is 'off the table' in therapy, welcoming what some may view as "awkward" or "difficult" topics into session.

What you can expect from me

Solutions. Insight. Kindness towards oneself. Learning to take ownership of their life and to create future goals. Exploration of the past, connecting the why's and what's.
