Great to meet you!

My name is Leah Erickson, I am a practicing high school counselor and LPC. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults. My belief is that every person has the skills to achieve their goals, but sometimes it takes a positive unbiased partnership with a counselor to reach the desired outcomes.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am solution focused, but enjoy working from a holistic view point to help each client meet their counseling goals. I believe counseling is a partnership and requires work from both the client and the counselor.

What you can expect from our first session

Incorporating weekly or biweekly goals are part of my normal practice, those goals will be designed to help you achieve your counseling goals. I enjoy a conversational style environment that enables the client to feel both confident and comfortable in sharing the whats and whys behind seeking to make personal changes.
