Great to meet you!

Therapy should be a place where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, addiction, grief, or family conflict, I'll meet you with compassion and without judgment. My goal is to help you build on your strengths, overcome obstacles, and create a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach and tailor therapy to your unique goals and experiences. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused techniques. Together, we'll identify practical tools, process difficult experiences, and develop strategies that support lasting growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brought you to therapy. We'll explore your current concerns, review your personal history, and begin identifying your goals for treatment. My priority is creating a comfortable, welcoming space where you can share at your own pace while we build a plan that feels right for you.
