Great to meet you!

I'm someone who values authenticity, creativity, and meaningful connection. I don't believe therapy is about "fixing" people. I see it as a space to better understand yourself, navigate life's challenges, and create change that feels aligned with who you are. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a nonjudgmental perspective to my work, and I believe that each person's story deserves to be understood within the context of their relationships, culture, experiences, and strengths.

My approach to therapy

I take a trauma-informed, person-centered approach and often integrate evidence-based strategies from CBT, DBT, and exposure therapy. If it feels meaningful to you, we can also incorporate art and creative expression as tools for exploration and healing. There is never any pressure to create art, and no artistic experience is required.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, collaborative relationship. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say—it's okay if you're feeling uncertain about where to start.
